UGREEN CM777 (25665) M.2 NVMe/SATA SSD Housing gives you a means to link your M.2 NVMe or SATA SSD to a computer via USB-C for fast and secure storage access. It is available in support of M sizes 2230, 2242, 2260, and 2280 SSDs with tested storage capacity of up to 4TB and theoretical support of up to 8TB. It is NVMe 1.3c and SATA 3.0 protocol compliant, delivering PCIe 3.0 x4 speeds of up to 32 Gbps and SATA speeds of up to 6 Gbps. The female USB-C port is compatible with USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 standards for 20 Gbps transfer and is backward compatible with USB 3.2 Gen 2, USB 3.0, and USB 2.0. The case is plug-and-play, driver-free, and compatible with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems. It draws power from the USB port and automatically powers up when connected.

UGREEN CM777 has SMART, UASP, and TRIM support for improved drive performance and lifespan. Power conservation is also enabled within the enclosure by putting the SSD into sleep mode whenever it is idle for about 15 minutes, indicated by a white breathing LED light. Other indicator light statuses display reading/writing operations, low power, safe removal, and standby statuses for easy checking.

The enclosure ensures safe operation with surge protection on 12V, downlink 3.3V power supply, and short-circuit protection. Operating temperatures are 0°C to 45°C, and a maximum surface temperature of 62.7°C at full load. Storage temperatures range from -20°C to 70°C.
