Refund & Return Policy | Global Brand PLC

1. Do not accept the product at the time of delivery, if one finds the product is the defective, damaged, broken, or wrong product delivered. We urge all of our customers to check the product in front of the delivery team to check if they received the right product. If the customer finds a product defected, packet damaged, broken or wrong product, do not accept the product from our delivery team. Once the customer received it without noticing any of the defective, packet damaged, broken, or wrong product issues with receiving sign, no complaint will be accepted after that for return or replacement. 

2. Global Brand PLC offers Exchange or Replacement Return Policy. It means if the customer complains regarding defective, damaged, broken, or wrong product delivered while receiving the product in front of the delivery team, Global Brand PLC will replace the defective, damaged, broken, or wrong product with a right, brand new product or exchange with another right, brand new product within the same price range. 

3. If the customer finds any issues while using the customer's product, and if the Company or Brand of the product provides a service warranty, brand warranty, or both service and brand warranty, then you can claim a service or brand warranty against that product. 

4. It will take 7-10 working days for customers to get their refund back once they return a delivered product.
