The insulation is made from strong HDPE material with a thickness of 0.18mm and a diameter of 0.89mm ± 0.1mm, ensuring stable signal performance. It includes four twisted pairs in standard color codes: blue/white-blue, orange/white-orange, green/white-green, and brown/white-brown. A PE separator with translucent 4.5 × 0.4mm dimensions keeps the pairs properly spaced to reduce interference. The outer sheath is made of durable PVC with a thickness of 0.8mm and a diameter of 6mm ± 0.20mm, colored in orange for easy identification. It offers excellent mechanical strength, with a sheath tensile strength of ≥13.5 MPa and insulation ≥16 MPa.
