QNAP TS-h1677AXU-RP-R7-32G 3U 16 Bay Rackmount NAS Storage is a high-capacity rackmount system designed for heavy workloads, large data storage, and fast network access. It is powered by an AMD Ryzen 7 7000 series 8-core, 16-thread processor with boost speed up to 5.3GHz and runs on a 64-bit x86 architecture. The system includes AMD Radeon Graphics, a floating point unit, AES-NI encryption engine, and support for hardware-accelerated transcoding and GPU pass-through.
This NAS comes with 32GB DDR5 UDIMM memory pre-installed and supports expansion up to 192GB across four UDIMM slots. Optional ECC memory is supported, and dual-DIMM setups require matching DDR5 modules. It includes 5GB flash memory with dual boot OS protection for system safety. Storage support includes sixteen 3.5-inch SATA drive bays compatible with both 3.5-inch HDDs and 2.5-inch SATA SSDs, all supporting hot-swap. Two M.2 2280 PCIe Gen 5 x2 slots support NVMe SSDs for SSD cache acceleration, with compatibility for PCIe Gen 3 and above. Network connectivity includes two 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet ports and two 10GBASE-T ports supporting speeds from 100M to 10G. Wake on LAN and Jumbo Frame are supported.
