The Audac WTR06 6W Waterproof Transformer is designed for impedance matching between low-impedance loudspeakers (8 Ohm) and 100 Volt amplifiers. This allows low-impedance speakers to be used in any 100 Volt public address system, ideal for long cable runs. The WTR06 provides a maximum output power of 6 watts with power taps for 6 watts, 3 watts, and 1.5 watts. The housing is water- and dustproof, ensuring it can be hidden in various locations like above false ceilings, wall junction boxes, or inside walls. The primary connection on the 100V side uses a special waterproof AWX5 connector, allowing power tap selection by rotating the connector. The secondary connection on the 8 Ohm side uses a waterproof cable gland, with a 0.5-meter connection cable provided on both sides.

The WTR06's over-dimensioned core minimizes saturation, enhancing sound reproduction, especially in the low-frequency range. With an IP66 rating, this transformer is suitable for various environments, ensuring reliable performance and sound quality.
