ASUS RT-BE92U Tri-Band WiFi 7 Smart AiMesh Extendable Router is a fast, secure, and reliable WiFi router for smart homes. The router is compatible with the latest WiFi standard, WiFi 7 or IEEE 802.11be, with a tri-band speed of up to 9700 Mbps. The speed is enhanced with a fast 6 GHz band that is ideal for lag-free gaming, 8K streaming, cloud computing, and AI operations. Additionally, it has 320 MHz channels, 4K-QAM, and full support for Multi-Link Operation capabilities to transfer data faster, utilise bandwidth better, and provide a stable connection on 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz bands. AI-powered technology AiMesh enables connection coverage up to a maximum of 2,750 sq. ft., and all other routers can be synchronised under a single network name. Features include smart wireless and wired backhaul with 10G and 2.5G Ethernet, which provides fast performance in thick-walled homes. Smart AiMesh MLO prioritises traffic in the most efficient band.

The RT-BE92U provides up to 20G bandwidth through a single 10G WAN/LAN port and four 2.5G LAN ports, in addition to Multi-WAN auto detect. With this technology, Internet connection via 4G LTE/5G mobile hotspots can be achieved using a USB connection. A strong CPU with 1 GB of RAM provides reliable performance for constant connections.
